Gate valves are used for regulating and closing of flow rates. It is often installed in the water technique, especially water treatment.

Due to the stiff gate this type is mainly used for water and other clean liquids.

This type has a gate with SBR covering and a smooth and permanent inside wall. Therefore it is specially used in applications of drainage and sewage treatment plants.
