Sampling system for extracting a fixed volume from bypass lines

In the base position the product flows through the cylinder of the sampling system. The sample is extracted with a single movement. While turning the handle first the product inlet and outlet are closed and the sample volume is pre-chambered. Reaching the end position of the handle the sample outlet and the gas displacement are opened. The sample volume is filled into the bottle and is ready for further handling. By turning back the handle fresh product flows again through the cylinder.
