Enamelled top reactor sampling system

  The sampling system EC ACRS-VH is completely designed of the material glass lined steel. Thus it is the ideal addition regarding material, temperature and pressure for the enameled reactors.

The sampling system is installed on the dip pipe of the vessel.First the system is purged with nitrogen gas into the vessel, so that representative medium flows back into the dip pipe. When operating pressure is used on the vessel the sampling system is be filled by it. If this pressure is missing, vacuum can be used to draw up the liquid from the vessel. By reaching the filling height, indicated on the sight glass, the valve on the dip pipe is closed, in addition a further valve, which was opened for pressure discharge. The float ball valve in the standpipe secures these for overfilling. At this time the representative product is present to withdrawal in the glass lined sampling valve EC ACRS 50-S. The glass lined sampling valve EC ACRS 50-S and a valve for gas displacement on the top of standpipe now are opened. The fixed sample volume is now filled into the sampling bottle. The sampling system is supplied with safety engineering so that the operator is well protected. To the protection of individuals the glass lined sampling valve EC ACRS 50-S is equipped with a protective cabinet, a vent and a lockable dead man handle.
